What does the phrase, "sucking on the digital teat" mean?

Sucking on the digital teat, or digital teat is a term first coined by Mark N Hopgood in 2005 to describe some people's actions regarding devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Mark, a London based music producer and artist with Projektor Digital, explained ..

It's like an addiction. Just like a baby might spend hours suckling on their mum, a Candy crusher might spend hours sucking on their digital teat.

The phrase and hashtag #digitalteat, #dt or just #teat is rising in popularity as a way of describing someone who is taking comfort in the digital milk provided by their device.

How to create a wooden box ( open top ) [ANSWERED]

Yeah its easy to make a box out of paper. you just cut out and tape together.
However wood is 3 dimensional so you have to take into account the thickness of wood.

Here's a calculator created by Mark from Amazingly.Services

Here's the link to the Excel / Google spreadsheet to calculate the sizes you need.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eLQLtMJUWjlplA-zlF7Yxn-ONgaXTMLlYRhB8_qnKq8/edit?usp=sharing

Here's a screenshot of the sheet

And of course if you like a formula...

Where

mt=material thickness
bw=box width
bh=box height
bd=box height

You will need

Qty 2 sides bd X (bh-mt)
Qty 2 front / back pieces (bh-mt) X bw - (mt x 2)
Qty 1 base bw X bd

otherwise enter the dimensions on the spreadsheet and let it work it out for you
